Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat- India Working hours: 2:00PM to 11:00PM ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE: Experience in IT Sales (Staffing and Software Deveolpment). Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their staffing challenges and objectives. - Present our offshore staffing solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. - Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in IT Sales (MUST HAVE) - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related field. - Strong understanding of offshore staffing models and industry trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
