Job DescriptionRole SummaryAs Delivery Operations Associate you will focus on recruiting global subject matter expertsfor our higher education Masters & Doctoral programs spanning the domains of Data &Management. Additionally, the delivery associate will schedule and moderate live lecturesthat are conducted over weekends and ensure smooth pre & post event operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be diligent,pay attention to detail, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word andExcel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Roles & Responsibilities● Setup daily interview meetings with potential subject matter experts, helpthey understand the upGrad model of delivery and clearly articulateacademic and effort input expectations & undertake financial negotiations.In this role, you will be the face of upGrad and take end-to-endresponsibility for carefully identifying the right SMEs for our programs● Manage day-to-day recruitment operations like working with delivery &content teams to conduct capability & demo tests, work with legal &finance to close contracts, schedule briefing meetings, and send profiles forapprovals to University partners and more● Create training modules for SMEs, conduct platform onboarding trainingfor SMEs, ensure 100% on-time delivery of contracts, and plan academiccalendars for the SMEs● Setup asynchronous learning elements like live lectures, doubt resolutionsessions, 1:1 mentorship, as may be the need of our programs 90 days inthe advance of the engagement● Launch and moderate live lectures on weekdays & weekends and uploadrecording and ratings on time● Build strong relationships with our Subject Matter Experts and undertakequarterly engagement plans● Collaborate with content, tech, finance, and other team members to ensureseamless live lecture delivery and solve technical or financial challengesfaced by the SMEs● Review weekly performance numbers and work on weekly action plansaimed at improving student outcomes & process efficiency from livelectures● Undertake non-technical lecture delivery assessment and create monthlySME utilization reportsSkills Required● 4 - 5 years managing virtual/live engagement operations, experiencemanaging student / online learning experiences would be a preferred● Knowledge of MS Office Suite, and MS Excel is a must● Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills● Ability to work on multiple tasks independently● Strong customer focus and problem-solving attitude● This job is for those who love organizing, are obsessed with numbers &enjoy being extremely customer centric
