We are looking to hire a responsible candidate for market research, creating market research documents, discover and pursue potential leads and contribute to company's rapid and sustainable growth. Connecting to the clients and work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure smooth execution. Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through tele calling, emailing, networking and social media. Identify & create valuable leads on the CRM software. Set up meetings with potential clients for the sales teams to pursue and working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company’s products and services. Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate and oversee the execution of outsourced business processes according to client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and meet client expectations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BPO services, meeting, or exceeding client expectations. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Collaborate with clients to define performance goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements. Continuously assess and improve BPO processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices. Track and analyse process metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for improved performance. Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, IT, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members involved in executing BPO processes. Prepare and present regular reports on BPO operations, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and achievements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and client-specific requirements. Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, agreements, and any changes in scope or service requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field. Experience in BPO operations, client management, or related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of BPO industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and BPO-related software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and operational needs.
