So now we call it ‘The Good Food Revolution’. POSITION OVERVIEW: This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients and community organizations to establish new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence in the B2B sector. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in international markets. Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and partners to establish new business relationships. Negotiate and close deals with international clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and community partners. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each client. Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with corporate clients and community organizations to secure long-term contracts and partnerships. Develop pricing strategies and sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the B2B market. Community Engagement: Identify and engage with community organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Develop programs and initiatives that support community needs while promoting the company’s products and values. Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and industry conferences. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and results. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful client relationships. Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including industry trends and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs. Strong organizational and project management skills.
