About the Client: Our client is a leading IT MNC that provides engineering research and development (ERD) services, having presence globally Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Automation Delivery Manager to lead a large team and oversee the overall Delivery Excellence of CAD customization and automation-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, implementing productivity measures, and maintaining adherence to quality processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead a large team and ensure Delivery Excellence in CAD customization and automation projects. Execute CAD customization/Automation related projects efficiently and effectively. Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking their progress and ensuring timely delivery. Implement productivity measures to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization. Enforce adherence to quality processes and standards throughout project lifecycles. Possess CAD exposure across various platforms such as Catia, UGNX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc. Handle a portfolio of projects with a minimum value of $5 million, leading a team of 100+ members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD automation technologies. Preferred Skills: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or any equivalent degree. Proven experience in managing CAD automation projects, preferably in a leadership capacity. In-depth knowledge of CAD software such as Catia, UGNX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive Delivery Excellence and achieve project goals. Experience in managing large teams and portfolios of projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Note : This role does not require design experience but focuses on managing CAD automation profiles and project execution.
