Location - CHENNAI / Delhi Job Description: Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DD Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS), data analysis , and project tracking . The DD Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of due diligence (DD) operations, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across all projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage due diligence operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. Utilize MIS tools and software to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables Oversee the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DD operations and project management. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on MIS , data analysis , and project tracking . Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results within tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in MIS software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
