Note- Should be fine working in the night shift 9 pm IST to 6 am IST. Location - Bangalore / Pune & Gurugram / Onsite We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic resource to work on the CLO Operations processes for one of our clients. The candidate should have a strong CLO operations background. He/she must have experience in CLO compliance, familiarity with indentures and exposure to collateral principal amount tie-outs, daily reporting and monthly investor reporting. Responsibilities and Skills: Work on daily cash and holdings reconciliation, resolve any breaks with Trustee Involves reconciling breaks using agent bank notices, funding memo, trustee indentures, ratings websites. Review daily compliance reports and outline rating, recovery changes, CPA Tracking etc. Reconciling daily cash and par related movements related to principal activities and validating the transactions. Checking and validating compliance test result movements from previous day. Work on indenture review when required: Candidate should have strong knowledge on interpreting indenture d. Work on Monthly investor reports: Includes CPA tie-outs, Cash Account balances review, Client Vs Trustee reconciliation, updating missing Data points, IC/OC tests review, trade review and restructure review. Assist with issues such as restructure, trades, compliance etc. Candidate should have strong knowledge of CLO product and reconciliation. Additionally, he/she should demonstrate the ability to interpret information from agent bank notices, funding memo, trustee indenture and rating websites. Prior experience in dealing with Collateral administrator or Compliance trustee would be preferred. High accuracy, multi-tasking, advanced excel skills and attention to detail is required. Ability to work with stringent deadlines while maintaining high quality of the output Good verbal as well as written communication skills k. Knowledge of Markit WSO Compliance, CDO Suite and Solvas Compliance application, would be good.
