Job Description: -
• IT Service Management (L1/L2/L3 & Enhance, SLA/KPI) – Knowledge
• IT Service Management (L1/L2/L3 & Enhance) / MIM / SIP / SLA/KPI & Demand Management – Experience
• Core - Ability to understand business process and learnability of the Manpower functionality.
• Basic knowledge of Technology - .NET, SQL Server, Azure, BI & Reporting Java, J2EE, WebSphere, ReactJS
• SDLC Lifecycle, Agile, Demand / Change / Release Management
• DevOps - Basic understanding
• Project Execution Planning and Scheduling
• Client facing & stakeholder management Program Governance & Reporting, Service stability & improvement planning and driving for closure.
• Leading Global Teams (Onsite and Offshore Model)
• Experience in building and leading high performing teams.
• Lead Global Apps RM product tower with strong techno domain expertise in Right management processes relevant to the Customer.
• Ability to envision and design end to end business processes while keeping an eye on the details.
• Single Point of Contact for all business needs and a liaison between Customer business and Global Apps RM’s Core, Operate and Enhance Services
• Create and maintain the sprint backlog, as well as prioritize the stories according to the product vision and strategic roadmap in consultation with Customers Product Owner
• Ability to evaluate and analyze existing business processes and uncover areas for improvements.
• Anticipate, track, and manage risks/ impediments and drive resolution.
• Report to program management office and steering committee on the overall health of the tower, delivery quality and progress of tasks.
• Any ticket seeking involvement of other Product towers, Product tower lead will coordinate with other product tower leads to resolve the ticket.
• Delivery management
Nice to have –
• Certifications desired: PMI – PgMP; ITIL, Scrum Certification
• Experience in Products and Platforms operating model.
