<p>Salesforce Architecture Leadership:<br/><br/>- Provide strategic direction and leadership in Salesforce architecture design and implementation to meet business objectives.<br/><br/>- Define and maintain the overall Salesforce/Symphony architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.<br/><br/>Team Management:<br/><br/>- Manage and mentor a team of 20 Salesforce developers, QA professionals, and Database Administrators (DBAs), providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/>Solution Design and Development:<br/><br/>- Lead the design and development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce/Symphony solutions, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver customized Salesforce applications and integrations.<br/><br/>Technical Leadership:<br/><br/>- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on existing and future solutions.<br/><br/>Governance and Compliance:<br/><br/>- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>- Monitor and evaluate Salesforce/Symphony usage and performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.<br/><br/>Stakeholder Management:<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Clients to understand their requirements and priorities and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce/Symphony solutions.<br/><br/>- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and proactively address their concerns.<br/><br/>Vendor Management:<br/><br/>- Manage relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors, including consultants, implementation partners, and AppExchange vendors, to support project delivery and ongoing platform maintenance.<br/><br/>- Minimum Relevant Experience: Relevant 12+ yrs minimum in Salesforce Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA<br/><br/>Team Size handled: 30<br/><br/>Work Location : Bangalore<br/><br/>5 days work from office is a MUST<br/><br/>Immediate -30 days joiners</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
