<p>DVP - HR Operations Profile (Only Male Candidates)<br/><br/>Experience - HR Experience of minimum 17 years<br/><br/>Education - MBA preferred <br/><br/>Functional Skills - Preferably managed HR in a company with a minimum of 500+ headcount<br/><br/>Proficient in MS Office <br/><br/>Skills :<br/><br/>- Quick paced and Drive for Execution / Results<br/><br/>- Stability & Maturity<br/><br/>- Proactive and self-driven, responsive & solution oriented <br/><br/>Principle Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Excellent Communication skills<br/><br/>- Ability to manage conflict and handle stress<br/><br/>- Analysis and 'Details' Oriented / process orientation <br/><br/>- Team Handling Skills / People management of high-end resource<br/><br/>- Relationship Building<br/><br/>- Any Certifications is an added plus<br/><br/>- Lead a team to handle end to end HR Operations for all employees<br/><br/>- Ensure implementation of all HR policies and processes on time and with quality, always.<br/><br/>- Work closely with the Functional Heads and Managers for Performance Management, Promotions and Salary Appraisal- process.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Finance for Budgets, Timely Salary processing and compliances, PF and Insurance deduction- etc.<br/><br/>- Handle- Onboarding and Exit process for employees in a highly employee centric and process driven approach.<br/><br/>- Manage database of all employees and ensure data confidentiality.<br/><br/>- Manage all HR Operations<br/><br/>- Ensure overall statutory- compliances and- Drive Automation of all HR Processes to improve efficiency and delightful employee experience.<br/><br/>- Work closely with IT, Technology and ledership teams for automation- initiatives.<br/><br/>- Design and develop guidelines and policies required for specific activities.<br/><br/>- Ownership of guidelines and policies.<br/><br/>- Customize appraisal guidelines and process betterment <br/><br/>- Grievance Counseling - counsel and address grievances, Gauge and drive solutions for grievance handling<br/><br/>- Actively work to roll out Compensation & Benefits activities - Actively participate in the comp & Ben activities including promotion, and Salary Revision process<br/><br/>- Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one-point contact for all HR issues - Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one-point contact for all HR issues<br/><br/>- Provide inputs and implementation of policies - Be thorough with the HR domain and ensure proper implementation of all checks and balances within the system <br/><br/>Location - Willing to be Based at Mumbai<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
