Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce.com Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce.com platform capabilities and possess strong technical expertise to design and implement customized solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. As a Salesforce.com Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and oversee implementation projects. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. - Design scaleable and robust Salesforce.com solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create solution designs, including data models, process flows, and integrations. - Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and drive decision-making. - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform system configuration, customization, and development as needed to deliver high-quality solutions. - Evaluate new Salesforce.com features and functionalities and make recommendations for adoption. - Stay current with Salesforce.com platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Salesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Solution Architect preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce.com applications. - Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform. - Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
