Role Description This is a hybrid internship role as a Telecaller at Logging Security Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. You will also handle incoming calls, provide information about our offerings, and answer any queries. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while also requiring some on-site responsibilities in Ranchi. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Basic knowledge of cyber security concepts - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Proficient in using CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
