Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat- India Working hours: 2:00PM to 11:00PM ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE : Experience in IT Sales (Staffing and Software Deveolpment). Key Responsibilities : Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their staffing challenges and objectives. Present our offshore staffing solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients. Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in IT Sales (MUST HAVE) Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related field. Strong understanding of offshore staffing models and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
