Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical HR Business Partner (Tech HRBP) to join our team. The Tech HRBP will work closely with the technology department to align HR strategies with business goals. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR initiatives support the growth and development of our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership in the technology department to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the technology team’s growth and innovation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
• Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Identify training and development needs within the technology team and facilitate programs to address skill gaps and career development.
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and comply with legal standards.
• Oversee HR systems and data integrity for the technology team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a business partner role.
• Experience in the technology or media industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
