Role: Personal Secretary / HR Operations to the Director Bangalore
Personal Secretary Roles & Responsibilities - 70 Percent
The ideal candidate she will be responsible for a wide range of personal secretarial activities which will assist the organization's leadership. In this position, she should feel comfortable coordinating and managing boss personal cabin, private and personal meetings, organizing his files, folders, attendance management, household properties, food, international travel, personal wardrobe, shopping, perfume, cars and day to day lifestyle and boss private and discreet socializing meetings.
She will provide day-to-day support for High Profile Guests and VIP’S, Celebrities, Elite Class Customers and Rich Affluent Class managing and organizing their private, personal and discreet meetings and she will be looking after all their private needs and personal requirements on a day-to-day basis including their food, lunch, drink, grooming and shopping requirements, travels and their personal and private discreet socializing meetings
HR Operations Roles and Responsibilities – 30 Percent
Develop and implement HR process, plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Provide hands on, full-cycle recruitment support to business teams.
Implementation of new policy & procedures, managing information security and employee engagement globally.
Partners with leaders in organizational designs, workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, problem-solving, decision making and process improvement.
HR budgeting cost reduction initiatives and implementing quality systems for enhancing efficiency.
Liaising with clients & stakeholders in monitoring and reviewing the scope and progress of the business
Analysis of the business and the operations, evaluation of the business and the policy and the procedures to be implemented.
Identify and implement HR consistent operational best practices.
Supervision and managing HR operations and making suggestions to streamline operations.
Managing day to day operations of social media platforms, social networking platforms, Social Media Club Platform, Entertainment Clubs (High Profile Networking & Community & Socializing Groups) on online platforms, online Contents and Play Stores.
Understanding of the complete HR operations lifecycle, managing projects with a specialized team and ensuring completion within specified deadline.
Responsible for end-to-end research on social media including data gathering, analysis and writing reports.
Require travel to other locations in India as well as globally on a business visit or on a personal visit.
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Managing quality assurance programmes globally.
Leading, training and monitoring the performance of HR & Operations team members to ensure efficiency in social media operations.
