<p><b>Role : </b>Project Manager - PMO Team NBFC, Digital Lending<br/><br/><b>Location : </b>Gurgaon (WFO)<br/><br/><b>Notice period : </b>15-30 days <br/><br/><b>Exp : </b>6-8 yrs<br/><br/><b>CTC : </b>Max 25 LPA<br/><br/>We're in search of an adept Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO (Project Management Office) team. The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of hands-on experience in technical project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><ul><li>Project Manager - PMO Team</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.</li><li>Identify and address project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.</li><li>Foster clear communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Regularly update stakeholders on project status and escalate issues as necessary.</li><li>Manage project change requests and scope changes, meticulously documenting and obtaining approvals.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, spanning business/sales, operations, strategy, IT developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.</li><li><b>Uphold compliance with NBFC/credit/lending project management methodologies and standards.</b></li><li>Mentor and coach project team members, elevating their project management skills.</li><li>Prepare documentation for Operation Risk Committee and Steering Committees to inform decisions on process finalization, cost approvals, and product launches.</li><li>Review use cases and technical documents with IT project staff to ensure alignment with business requirements.</li></ul><b>Specific Skill Set :</b><br/><ul><li>Banking/NBFC or Payment services exposure with a proven track record as a Project Manager.</li><li>Profound process and business knowledge in credit/lending.</li><li>Familiarity with User Journey and Platform Integrations.</li><li>In-depth understanding of RBI regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Knowledgeable about End Processes related to the Life Cycle Management of lending/credit business.</li><li>Experience in digitizing manual processes and migrating them into digital platforms.</li><li>Expertise in lending onboarding and disbursal processes, KYC processes, and the latest digital technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing and leading testing teams.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA boards/Confluence; PMP Certification is an added advantage.</li></ul><b>Requirements :</b><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Engineering; MBA/CA/CS is a plus.</li><li>PMP or other project management certification/Project Management Advanced Degree is advantageous.</li><li>Strong knowledge of API Management and SDK/API-based integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for managing multiple factors simultaneously.</li><li>Join us in driving successful project outcomes within the ever-evolving landscape of banking and financial services.</li></ul><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
