As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform. <br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>Salesforce Experience Cloud Development : <br/><br/>- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business objectives. <br/><br/>- Create engaging and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience on the Experience Cloud platform. <br/><br/>- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Development: <br/><br/>- Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex- programming language to implement custom functionalities. <br/><br/>- Apply best practices in coding to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. <br/><br/>Integration : <br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems and applications to provide a seamless and unified user experience. <br/><br/>- Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement secure and efficient data exchange processes. <br/><br/>Custom Component Development : <br/><br/>- Build custom components and features to extend the standard capabilities of Salesforce Experience Cloud. <br/><br/>- Innovate and implement solutions that enhance the overall performance and functionality of the Experience Cloud. <br/><br/>Optimization and Performance Tuning : <br/><br/>- Optimize the performance of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions through efficient coding practices and continuous monitoring. <br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience. <br/><br/>Collaboration and Leadership : <br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. <br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the team. <br/><br/>Documentation : <br/><br/>- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Experience Cloud implementations. <br/><br/>- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and serves as a valuable resource for the team. <br/><br/><b>Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. <br/><br/>- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud. <br/><br/>- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. <br/><br/>- Should have Handson experience in "Experience cloud" / "Community Cloud"<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce integration using- REST, SOAP, and other APIs. <br/><br/>- Strong understanding of web technologies, including- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. <br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable. <br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. <br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration skills. </p> (ref:hirist.tech)
