Communications Specialist

Job description: WhiteHat Jr is seeking a motivated and confident Communications Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in communications, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's messaging and engaging with our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic communications plans to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Create compelling content for various channels, including press releases, social media, and website. - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze social media and PR metrics to track and optimize campaign performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. - Provide support for internal communications initiatives, such as employee newsletters and company events. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in a communications role, with a minimum of 4 years. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - Emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships and conversations. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. - Experience with PR tools and analytics software is a plus.
