Role Description Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns Deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation and managing cash flow Set individual sales targets with sales team Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly Plan and direct sales team training Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention Develop TopPropMart as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proven track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends Ability to analyze and identify new business opportunities Highly motivated and goal-oriented Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in real estate sales, familiarity with CRM software, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies. Execution Guide You are required to operate from our Branch Office at Gurugram and you are expected to be able to take calls and answer emails from 10:00 AM IST to 7:00PM IST, everyday apart from 1 weekoff. You should own a laptop that is capable of making and receiving online call with properly functioning speakers and microphones.
