Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Business Development – Staffing Services Location: @ Noida - Onsite, @Bengaluru - Remote, @Chennai- Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Staffing Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted research, networking, and cold calling in the staffing industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective client organizations. Conduct needs assessments and business analyses to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their staffing needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to develop customized staffing solutions and proposals for clients. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure new business and maximize profitability. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Track and report on sales pipeline, activity, and results using CRM software, and provide regular updates to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in sales/business development roles within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Deep knowledge of staffing industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
