Required Experience - Fresher to 3 yrs. Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan Mode of work - Work from office (On-site) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional. The role is located in Jaipur. The Sales and Business Development professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with generating new business, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and increasing sales. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Studying thoroughly regarding travel destinations (as per the team allocation) Working on the sales pitch with the guidance of respective manager Engaging with customers to gather information regarding their travel preferences and expectations Customizing boutique itinerary as per the requirements gathered Making the required changes as per customer suggestions Regularly following up with all the customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans Actively working on feedbacks provided by the manager and team lead Working towards chasing the lead-to-sales conversion % and sales targets defined by the manager Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills and logical thinking Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus Prior track record of meeting/exceeding your targets is a plus Company Description: Thrillophilia’s journey is rooted in a passion for travel, exploration, and adventure.
