Experience Required: 12 to 15 yearsResponsibilities:• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives and design innovate solutions using Salesforce cloud and Industry offerings.• Lead the pre-sales process by assessing client needs, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and creating compelling proposals and presentations.• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business goals, scalability requirements, and industry standards.• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants.• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.• Continuously assess and evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and tools with focus on Salesforce Industry Cloud offerings to enhance solution offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, knowledge sharing, and internal training programs.Requirements:• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform implementation and solution architecture.• 6-8 years of proven hands on experience in leading PreSales working with multiple stakeholders including Sales and Business Development teams and other technology groups• Proven track record of success in solutioning roles, including experience leading complex Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.• Deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and ecosystem, with relevant certifications.• Candidates with Salesforce Industry Cloud certifications and/or Salesforce Application Architect certification will be preferred.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative and scalable solutions.• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach junior team members.
