Responsibilities - Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet specific business needs. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of records, manage data imports and exports, and uphold data quality. - Provide frontline support for users, resolve technical issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user competences. - Seamlessly integrate Financial Services Cloud with other systems and applications to enhance functionality and user experience. - Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations. - Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to analyze data and monitor performance metrics. - Utilize Salesforce tools such as workflows, Process Builder, and Flows to automate processes and increase efficiency. - Keep comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and compliance. - Expertise in integrating platforms like DocuSign, Docupace, Cirrus insights, and Outlook within the Salesforce environment. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce functionalities, including administration, development, and deployment within a financial services context. - Experience in supporting applications built on Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud in a financial services setting. - Proficiency in managing roles, permissions, and reporting within Salesforce. Strong workflow experience using Salesforce Flows and Lightning environment is crucial.
