Reporting to the Manager/Head of Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India. and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Service Centre and its’ growth. Key responsibilities: Ensuring all deliverable are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with client Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel and support teams for goal congruence. Seek guidance from Sr. management in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence) Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross functional subject (IFRS, Tax, Audit) Independently perform consolidation of listed companies, Independently perform audit and conversion of financial statements as per IFRS standards Complete knowledge of IFRS 17 related to Property, Motor Vehicle Insurance. In dept knowledge of its concepts and accounting – LRC, Revenue coverage, GMM, GMA, Building Blocks, PAA, VFA, LRC, Release of CSM, Quantity of Benefits etc. Responsible for organising and preparing all board materials and papers for clients independently Organising and attending regular board and committee meetings for clients Preparing the minutes and its related matters after various board and committee meetings Assisting in a full range of company secretarial matters for clients Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plan for team members to be able to fill these roles Key requirements: (Attributes & Skills) Knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 17 and Ind AS 117 Communication, Presentation skills & Customer Focus team-player with experience with working in a dynamic organization to manage change sensitively and in a collaborative manner to take ownership and responsibility versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude and able to perform multi-tasks Relevant experience CA and DipIFR with post qualification experience ranging from 3-5 years. Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS is Must.
