<p>About the job : <br/><br/>Role : ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Salesforce integration</p><p><br/></p><p>Contract Duration : 6+ Months (Fulltime freelancer/Independent contractor) <br/><br/>Location : Remote<br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Salesforce integration.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with a particular focus on integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Administration : Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Integration : Develop and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and Salesforce, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware.<br/><br/>- Configuration & Customization : Configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.<br/><br/>- Process Automation : Automate business processes within ServiceNow to improve efficiency and user experience.<br/><br/>- Incident & Problem Management : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and Salesforce integrations promptly.<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless integration.<br/><br/>- Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities and integrated processes.<br/><br/>- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and any changes made to the system.<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and integration.<br/><br/>Skills :<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce using APIs, web services, and middleware.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.<br/><br/>- Experience with process automation within ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Certifications in ServiceNow Administration or Development.<br/><br/>- Experience with other integration platforms and tools.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.<br/><br/>Remote</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
