Location : HSR Layout, Bengaluru Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in our office in Bengaluru. It is a high visibility, high impact role , which will include exposure to broader Brand Marketing as well. Key responsibilities will include: Social Media Marketing Build weekly content strategies and plans for our Instagram handle, as well as FB, LinkedIn and YouTube. Independently create all social content including reels and graphics. This includes planning, shooting and editing using available tools such as Canva and video editors. Be the face of Furrl on social media - responding to comments and DMs, interacting with other handles and building brand awareness. Use tools like Google Analytics & Facebook Insights to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to management. 2. Influencer Marketing Collaborate and reach out to influencers to create content that aligns with Furrl’s brand and target audience. Track and measure the impact of influencer marketing efforts. 3. Brand and Content Marketing Support in creating content and writing engaging and insightful copy across channels such as push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, etc. Create content for marketing newsletters, working closely with our design team. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging. 4. Market Research Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies in the D2C and e-commerce space. Qualifications BBA / BCom degree in Marketing or related fields. MBA degree desirable but not necessary. 1-3 years of experience in social media/ content roles in a consumer business, preferably in D2C. Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated content writing experience. Must be a regular social media user, familiar with commonly used content formats. Proficient in image and video editing such as creating and editing posts, reels etc. using tools like Canva. Should have a keen eye and interest in new-age fashion.
