The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managingvarious social media platforms to grow engagement, brand awareness, and drivebusiness objectives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase ourbrand visibility and online presence. Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms, includingFacebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Measure the success of every social media campaign and use analytics tools togauge the effectiveness of campaigns and understand the audience. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative andappealing. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensurebrand consistency. Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strongnetwork. Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social mediaposts and developing discussions. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.Required Skills: Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Managerwith a minimum of three years in the field. Solid understanding of content management, creative writing, and SEO. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, andother social media best practices. Experience with doing audience research and using social media marketing tools. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
