The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, data analysis, and content creation.   Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Create engaging and relevant content, including written, visual, and video materials, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). - Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment (ROI). - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using data analytics tools, and use insights to inform future strategies. - Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and sales to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.  - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, and propose new strategies to enhance the company's social media presence. - Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all platforms. - Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and other brands for collaboration opportunities and campaigns. - Monitor and manage online brand reputation, including addressing negative feedback and potential crises. - Continuously explore new content ideas and creative approaches to drive engagement and growth.   Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and social media management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of paid advertising strategies on social media platforms. - Familiarity with SEO and hashtag strategies for social media optimization. - Experience with visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
