Social Media Manager will work on the Company’s Portfolio for their Social Media and Digital Strategy, curating content for social media platforms, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic / leads and creating engagement/ conversations. Responsibilities Monitor the social media channels Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website. Produce content for social media channels such as Meta, Instagram, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest. Keep up to date with any social media trends. Track social media influencers. Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports. Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI Contribute to development of the the company blog on a weekly basis. Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns Should be : Passionate, Creative, Energetic, Hard Working Result orientated and ability to meet deadlines Ability to structure and organize a work environment Should be willing to work for start ups and grow with the company Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Facebook ads experience using Meta Business Manager Bachelor's/diploma degree in marketing, advertising or related field Expertise in Facebook ads Comfortable with ads reporting & analytics Understandingof Facebook’s ad policies Ability to create & manage campaigns Experience with A/B testing & optimization Knowledge of targeting & custom audiences Proficiency in ad copy & creative development Experience with Facebook pixel implementation Strong Communication & Collaboration Skill Previous experience in blogging Growth Prospects: We are looking for honest, hard working and dedicated employees who have the passion and will to excel.
