Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, Digital Payments, Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions along with market-ready processes. Location: Delhi and Chennai. Mandatory Skills: IT Software Product sales Experience required-10-15 years Job Requirement Experience driving growth for Product solutions / Digital Solutions / Software Solutions in the respective Region for at least 5yrs. Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals Handling a team and being responsible for achieving targets Domain Knowledge: BFSI ( Core banking solution, Lending, Anti Money Laundering, Mobile banking, Digital Banking etc .) Job Description Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. Excellent market connects. Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization. Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing team to improve the inbound funnel Desired Candidate Profile Must have good knowledge of technology solutions, Sales practices and Market updates in the IT industry Must have prior experience in selling complex solution. Preferably Banking Products/Solutions. Experience in BFSI vertical. Should have strong relationship with Bank CISO/CTO, CXO’s Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals. Soft Skills: Client facing Experience International Sales experience. Ability to build relationship with customers at various level. Basic understanding of tender process.
