The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making phone calls to potential clients and providing information about our senior living facilities. They will also handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain a database of leads. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner Good knowledge of the senior living industry Comfortable working with a computer and CRM software Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in local languages may be beneficial
