Job Description: As a Unity Game Development Mentor & Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and guiding our students to become proficient game developers using Unity. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor and train students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the gaming industry. You will act as a motivator, problem-solver, and educator, ensuring that each learner receives personalized attention and support throughout their learning journey. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary trainer for the aspiring game developers, delivering comprehensive lessons and hands-on training sessions in Unity game development. 2. Develop and implement structured training programs and curriculum, covering various aspects of game development using Unity and C#. 3. Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and projects to reinforce learning objectives and practical skills. 4. Provide individualized mentorship, addressing their technical doubts, clarifying concepts, and guiding them through project implementation. 5. Evaluate their progress and performance, providing timely feedback and identifying areas for improvement. 6. Set clear learning goals and objectives for aspiring game developers, tracking their progress and adjusting training methods as needed. 7.
