About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Training Content Developer Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design and multimedia content creation. As an intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative training videos for our employees and clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the training team to understand learning objectives and content requirements Perform screen recordings and video editing/syncing to create high-quality training content Ensure that videos are visually appealing, informative, and align with established brand guidelines Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately convey complex concepts and procedures Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Requirements: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Final Cut Pro Strong experience in audio post-production editing, mixing Familiarity with screen recording tools and techniques Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual content Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively for faster turnaround Portfolio showcasing previous multimedia projects or training content creations is a plus
