Exp- 12 + years

JD:

leading the team of Zscaler and other support.

• Mobilising and leading a team of SMEs and technical leads.

• MANDATORY-Skills

• Experience working with Zscaler products.

• Knowledge and experience of transformational technical change management

• Experience supporting complex cyber security or IT projects.

• Experience of deploying Zscaler solutions

• Zscaler policy management

• Zscaler agent level issue resolutions

• Zscaler SASE (Advance Firewall, Sandboxing)

• Zscaler PAC file configuration

• Zscaler ZPA and App Connectors

• Zscaler ZDX is a plus.

• Zscaler Certified ZIA/ZPA Administrator or Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert (ZCCX) are preferred
