Seeking a 1st Class DCS Boiler Operator to manage boiler operations in a captive power plant. Ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance while optimizing steam generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DCS-controlled boilers for optimal performance
• Maintain steam pressure, temperature, fuel feed, and water levels
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance
• Respond to alarms, trips, and deviations to prevent downtime

Qualifications

• 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certification
• 5+ years of experience in boiler operations, preferably in a captive setup
• ️Expertise in boilers, turbines, fuel systems, and steam generation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
