This role will focus on compiling and analyzing data from our internal and external communication campaigns. Developing, and managing a Corporate Communications PowerBI analytics platform and supporting our SharePoint intranet environment.The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analytics, be an expert in SharePoint administration, PowerBI, and have a strong background in digital campaign management solutions.Principal Responsibilities1. Analytics Compilation: Gather and analyze data from various communication channels, including SharePoint views, video views, and email open rates, to measure the effectiveness of internal and external campaigns.2. PowerBI Development: Develop and maintain a PowerBI platform to visualize and manage communication analytics effectively, enabling data-driven decision-making across the company.3. SharePoint Intranet Support:- Maintain and improve the company’s SharePoint intranet.- Clean up unused pages, redesign the homepage, and create new pages as per business requirements.- Provide support and training for SharePoint Super Users.4.Reporting: Prepare reports to communicate insights and findings from the data to stakeholders. Generate regular reports detailing the success and reach of various campaigns, offer insights and recommendations for improvement.5.Data Exploration and Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.6.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication that caters to varying levels of stakeholders.Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of SharePoint online and other o365 tools including Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)- Experience with SharePoint site creation, page creation, page templates, branding and permissions management of SharePoint online sites.- Experience with defining the site information architecture and designing hub and spoke sites.- Experience with creating Power Automate workflows and PowerApps.- Experience with PowerBI, collecting data from multiple sources, creating PowerBI reports and Dashboards.- Experience with data analytics, including collection, cleanup, analysis, interpretation and visualization of information.- Good experience in O365 data analytics, collecting usage reports across multiple o365workloads, including, SharePoint usage reports, and email analytics to identify the effectiveness of internal and external communication.- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting to pull data from multiple o365 sources related to usage and analytics data.- Strong experience in digital campaign management
