We are looking for an immediate joiners. 

Responsibilities:

• Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment
  
• Bulk Hiring according to given Job Description provided by client
  
• Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
  

Monthly salary - 12k In Hand

Annual Salary - 1-1.5LPA

Exp - 0.6month exp in recruitment/tele calling

CTC –  1 – 1.5 lakh/annum + Incentives

Requirements

• Must have Laptop/ desktop with 8GB RAM and wi-fi/ broadband connection
  
• Must have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  
• Must be comfortable doing 80 - 100 calls on a daily basis for sourcing candidates
  
• candidate must be passionate and confident to make his/her career in recruitment.
  

Benefits

Work Timing – 9:30 to 6:30 (Day shift)

2^nd & 4^th Saturday mandatory off apart from Sundays
