Description: - Min 10-15 years banking experience, Young and Dynamic, who understands the working of Pvt Sector Banks - Out of which candidate should have been a Branch Manager, Regional Head and managed a team of Relationship Manager, and done Induction programs for banks . - Exposure to Third Party Products Like MF, LI, PMS - A good knowledge on banking products like Forex, assets, credit cards - Able to articulate well - Know banking regulations and processes - Age – Up to 50 Years - Must have handled a team - Training experience of 5-7 years - Ability to conduct one-to-one review/ coaching, and assessments - Ability to deliver program to experienced bankers - Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools including the virtual training methods - Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching - Proficient in MS Office - Organizational and time management abilities Other Details: - Shift Timings – General - City : Noida Classroom training - Assignment duration: 11 days (22nd April-2nd//3rd May)
