About the Role

We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with hands -on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter v10, covering both configuration and integration. This role involves supporting day -to -day insurance operations, managing incidents, and collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient production environments.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical and functional knowledge of the insurance domain, combined with a proactive problem -solving mindset to handle real -time production support in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide incident management and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
  

• Support day -to -day operations for insurance business processes using PolicyCenter.
  

• Perform configuration and integration tasks on the Guidewire PolicyCenter v10 platform.
  

• Collaborate with business users, IT SMEs, and QA teams to analyse, troubleshoot, and deliver fixes.
  

• Participate in testing and deployment activities to ensure production stability.
  

• Maintain accurate operational documentation and status updates.
  

Requirements

Must -Have Skills

• Strong hands -on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter v10.
  

• Expertise in Configuration and Integration components.
  

• Sound understanding of the Insurance domain and workflows.
  

• Excellent communication and problem -solving skills.
  

Good -to -Have Skills

• Experience in production support environments with 24x7 operations.
  

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
  

• Guidewire Certifications (Associate / ACE) preferred.
  

• Ability to coordinate across global teams during off -hours.
