360 Marketing Executive (From Solar Industry)

A fast-scaling innovator in the renewable energy sector, we’re driving smart solar adoption across India through integrated digital and offline marketing strategies. Our 360 Marketing team designs, executes, and measures hyper-localized, omnichannel campaigns that turn awareness into conversions—for residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers. We blend performance marketing, brand storytelling, and field activation to scale demand in a high-growth, mission-driven industry. Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and field channels tailored for solar product launches and seasonal promotions.


• Manage performance marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) and optimize ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.


• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to align marketing messaging, lead gen initiatives, and in-market activation calendars across 5+ Indian regions.


• Develop compelling content for social media, email, and landing pages—translating tech-heavy solar benefits into consumer-friendly narratives.


• Track, report, and analyze campaign KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and CRM dashboards.


• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and video teams to deliver on-brand creatives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Google Ads


• Meta Ads Manager


• Google Analytics 4


• CRM tools (HubSpot or Zoho)


• UTM tracking


• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)


• Content writing for B2C audiences


• Field activation coordination

Preferred

• Experience in solar or cleantech industry


• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design oversight


• Familiarity with OOH media planning (billboards, transit ads)
