Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 2–4 years
Type: Full-time

• Create high-quality, detailed 3D
  visualizations and walkthroughs for office and commercial interior
  projects.
  
• Work closely with architects, interior
  designers, and the client servicing team to interpret and translate
  conceptual designs into visuals.
  
• Deliver quick turnarounds on multiple
  iterations with a strong eye for materiality, lighting, and realism.
  
• Manage and organize a library of 3D models,
  materials, and render presets.
  
• Ensure alignment of visual outputs with
  design direction, brand standards, and project timelines.
  
• Provide inputs during design development to
  improve space planning and material specifications from a visual impact
  perspective.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona
  Renderer, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials,
  and camera composition.
  
• Ability to churn out high-quality renders
  within tight deadlines.
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D
  visualization for corporate or commercial interior spaces.
  
• Good communication skills to collaborate
  with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Portfolio
  showcasing realistic renders of office/commercial interiors is mandatory
  

Preferred
Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior
  Design, or a related design/visualization field.
  
• Knowledge of real-time rendering engines
  like Twinmotion or Lumion is a plus.
  
• Exposure to BIM-integrated workflows is an
  added advantage.
