We are seeking a talented and detail -oriented 3D Visualizer to create high -quality, photo realistic 3D renders and animations for architectural, interior, product, or marketing projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in 3D modeling, rendering software, and have a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and photo realistic renders from CAD drawings, sketches, and concept references.
  

• Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on design briefs.
  

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand visualization needs.
  

• Produce walkthrough animations and presentations for client reviews.
  

• Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all renders.
  

• Optimize rendering settings and 3D assets for performance and quality.
  

• Keep up -to -date with the latest visualization techniques and software tools.
  

• Manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Edit and post -process rendered images using tools like Photoshop.
  

• Maintain an organized asset library of textures, models, and environments.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
  

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in 3D visualization or rendering.
  

• Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V -Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Blender, or Corona Renderer.
  

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other post -production software.
  

• Understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
  

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
  

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse 3D rendering projects.
