Identifies and analyzes trends in incident volumes, service requests, or other process areas as needed. Provides feedback from analysis to internal departments, stakeholders, and CDI management.
Build strong relationships within HCA Healthcare India by working across organizational boundaries to resolve stakeholder–reported issues
Communicates knowledge, educates, instructs, and assists stakeholders and team members as needed with problem solving
Continually expands knowledge of current and upcoming products within the designated specialties

Participates in Information Technology Group (ITG) and departmental project activities, attends project meetings, tests, develops or reviews documentation and support procedures, supports implementations, etc.

Designs, develops, and implements new applications and software
Addresses system integration issues, compatibility, and multiple platforms
Supports the administration and improvement of MS Project Server and project sites
Maintains existing and develop new reporting using SQL, Access, and Excel tools
Deploys all modified and newly developed DataStage jobs to production
Works with various source files, building data integration (ETL) scripts as needed
