HR Director (India) – Manufacturing | Country-Level Role
Location: India (On-site)
Compensation: Up to RMB 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 annual package (16-month salary)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing global manufacturing group expanding its footprint in India.
This role will serve as the country-level HR leader, overseeing multiple factory operations and driving end-to-end HR strategy and execution on the ground.
This is a high-impact leadership role, closely aligned with business operations and HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-spectrum HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites in India
Build and optimize HR systems, policies, and processes aligned with business growth
Partner with business leaders to support rapid expansion and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India
Manage and develop a local HR team (10–20 members)
Act as the key bridge between local operations and global HQ
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure in manufacturing / factory environment
Experience supporting overseas operations (India / Southeast Asia preferred)
Familiar with industrial workforce management and labor compliance
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus for HQ communication)
Open to relocation and long-term development in India
Candidates from Taiwan / Hong Kong / Southeast Asia Chinese background are highly preferred
This role is quite similar to a Foxconn-style HR leadership position managing multi-site operations in India.
