As an AC Solutions Data & Insights Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and maintaining data to enable accuracy and accessibility for effective decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to optimize the quality, integrity, and security of data, supporting business operations through data governance and quality control.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards while upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Organizing and maintaining data to support accurate and accessible decision-making processes
- Establishing and maintaining data governance policies to optimize data quality, integrity, and security
- Managing data integration processes to support business operations and mitigate risks associated with data usage
- Analyzing complex data sets to generate insights and inform strategic recommendations
- Utilizing data processing and quality assessment techniques to enhance data accuracy and reliability
- Implementing data warehousing optimization strategies to improve data storage and retrieval efficiency
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
- Leading projects focused on master data management and metadata management to streamline data processes
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context to align data management strategies with organizational goals

What You Must Have

- At least a graduate / post graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
