Academic Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
  

• Provide administrative assistance to faculty members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communication with students.
  

• Course Coordination:
  

• Assist in the coordination and organization of courses, ensuring timely distribution of syllabi, textbooks, and other course materials.
  

• Collaborate with faculty to maintain accurate and up-to-date course schedules.
  

• Student Engagement:
  

• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
  

• Address student inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance on academic matters.
  

• Test Conduction and Assessment:
  

• Assist in the grading of assignments, exams, and other assessments.
  

• Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.
  

• Smooth test conduction at the center.
  

• Event Coordination:
  

• Support the planning and execution of academic events, conferences, and seminars.
  

• Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure a smooth event experience.
  

• Collaboration with Departments:
  

• Work closely with other academic departments and administrative staff to facilitate seamless operations.
  

• Participate in meetings and contribute to collaborative initiatives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant  field.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  

• Prior experience in an academic setting is a plus.
