Key Responsibilities:
Engage with students and parents via inbound and outbound calls
Understand student goals and recommend suitable learning plans
Clearly explain course details, features, and benefits
Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly guidance/engagement targets
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless student support

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, telesales, or voice process roles
Prior exposure to EdTech or education services is a strong plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM software
A student-first approach with the ability to advise effectively
Self-motivated and able to work in a goal-oriented environment
