Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling or sales.
• EdTech or training institute experience is a strong advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication in Malayalam and English
• Confident, energetic, and able to handle pressure and targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Workspace)

• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Empathetic and student-focused
• Quick thinker with objection handling skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
