Role overview

The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high -quality sales conversation

Key responsibilities

• Connect with US -based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
  
• Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
  
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
  
• Maintain follow -up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
  
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance -driven environment.
  
• Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
  

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.
  
• Comfortable working in a night shift and a target -oriented sales role.
  
• Strong persuasion, problem -solving, and relationship -building skills with a customer -first mindset.

• Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business
  
• requirement).
  
• Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).
  
• Mode: On -site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
  
• Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.
