Acconting and Financial Reporting

We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Reporting professional with practical experience in accounting operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, and statutory accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment transactions with appropriate cost centre allocations.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Perform bank, vendor, customer ledger, and branch reconciliations.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle vendor onboarding, document verification, payment tracking, and bank payment file preparation.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare creditors ageing reports, balance confirmations, and payment advice.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Manage payroll accounting, statutory entries, month-end journals, and provisions.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Perform general ledger scrutiny and month-end closing activities.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and MIS reports.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle GST and TDS reconciliations and maintain audit documentation and notes to accounts.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Support internal audits and stock audits, including travel when required.
  
  
  

  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Qualification: CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, B.Com, or a relevant qualification.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Practical knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory entries, and audit documentation.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to travel for stock audit and internal audit assignments when required.
